Pesche (peh-shay) is a Des Moines–based beverage brand redefining what a non-alcoholic drink alternative can be. We craft functional mocktails infused with adaptogens, nootropics, and botanicals, giving you the flavor and the feel you want, without the hangover you don’t. Whether you're looking for focus, calm, or deep rest, each can is designed to support your mood and your moment.

Our Story 

Like many in the sober curious movement, we spent years searching for non alcoholic beverages that weren’t packed with sugar, empty calories, or artificial sweeteners—and actually made us feel good. Nothing came close. So we created the drink we wished existed.

Pesche was founded in 2023 by husband-and-wife duo Taylor and Zack Grasso. Taylor, a registered dietitian, stepped away from alcohol to improve her mental clarity and well-being. Zack, managing life with type 1 diabetes, realized traditional drinks made his health harder to balance. What started as a personal shift became a shared mission: build a better non-alcoholic option—one that delivered flavor, function, and the vibe of a great cocktail without the alcohol.

Most non-alcoholic options were sugary mocktails, soda, or water. None offered the elevated, intentional experience we were looking for. So we formulated mocktails that do more:
